the Act the Commission Under section 58(4) of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009(“”) the Local Government Boundary Commission for England(“”) published a report dated May 2022, stating its recommendations for changes to the electoral arrangements for the borough of Rushcliffe. The Commission has decided to give effect to the recommendations.
