The Road User Charging Schemes (Penalty Charges, Adjudication and Enforcement) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2026

These Regulations amend the Road User Charging Schemes (Penalty Charges, Adjudication and Enforcement) (England) Regulations 2013 (S.I. 2013/1783) by amending the provisions relating to the service of notices and other documents by a charging authority. The effect of the amendment is to permit the use of a wider range of postal services and specify the deemed date of delivery for documents served within and outside the United Kingdom.
