The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2025
These Regulations are made in exercise of the power in section 19(1) (consequential provision) of the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (c. 28) (“the 2023 Act”). Section 19(1) is the power to make appropriate provision in consequence of the 2023 Act provisions.

the Act The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 19(1) of the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (“”). The Secretary of State is a relevant national authority for the purposes of section 19(1) of the Act.
