The Residential Property Tribunal Procedures and Fees (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2014
These Regulations make amendments to the Residential Property Tribunal Procedures and Fees (Wales) Regulations 2012 (S.I. 2012/531) (“the Principal Regulations”) as a result of the introduction of universal credit by Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2012.
