The Renting Homes (Review of Decisions) (Wales) Regulations 2022

These Regulations prescribe the procedures to be followed by landlords in connection with a review requested by a contract-holder of a decision to—terminate an introductory standard contract or a prohibited conduct standard contract, under section 202 of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 (anaw 1) (“the Act”),extend an introductory period of an introductory standard contract under paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 to the Act, andextend a probation period of a prohibited conduct standard contract under paragraph 4 of Schedule 7 to the Act.
