The Remand to Local Authority Accommodation (Electronic Monitoring) (Responsible Person) Order 2016 (revoked)
This Order specifies a person who is employed by Capita Business Services Limited as a person who may be made responsible for the monitoring of a person who is subject to an electronic monitoring condition that has been imposed as a condition of remand to local authority accommodation under section 93(2) Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (c. 10).
