The Registration of Consultant Lobbyists (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2015
These Regulations amend regulation 5 of the Registration of Consultant Lobbyists Regulations 2015 to increase the annual charge per registered consultant lobbyist in connection with the maintenance of the register. The annual charge will increase from £700 to £950 per calendar year. If a person joins the register part way through a year, the annual charge will be calculated as the appropriate proportion of £950 for the remainder of that calendar year.

Enabling power
The Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster makes these Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 22(2) of the Transparency of Lobbying, Non-Party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Act 2014.
