The Registration of Births, Deaths, Marriages and Civil Partnerships (Fees) (Amendment) and Multilingual Standard Forms Regulations 2018
These Regulations amend the Registration of Births, Deaths, Marriages and Civil Partnerships (Fees) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/911) (“the Fees Regulations”) and the Births, Deaths, Marriages and Civil Partnerships Records Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/980). (“The Records Regulations”).

Enabling power
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 71Aand 74(3)of the Marriage Act 1949, sections 38Aand 39Aof the Births and Deaths Registration Act 1953, section 19B of the Registration Service Act 1953, section 2(2) and paragraph 1A of schedule 2 to the European Communities Act 1972, sections 34and 36(4) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004and section 9and section 18 of the Marriage (Same Sex Couples) Act 2013makes the following Regulations.
