The Prosecution of Offences Act 1985 (Criminal Courts Charge) (Amendment) Regulations 2015
These Regulations amend the Prosecution of Offences Act 1985 (Criminal Courts Charge) Regulations 2015 (S.I. 2015/796) to omit regulation 3 and the Schedule, which specified the amount of the criminal courts charge payable in different classes of case.
