The Promotion of the Use of Energy from Renewable Sources (Amendment) Regulations 2013 (revoked)
These Regulations, issued free of charge, amend the Promotion of the Use of Energy from Renewable Sources Regulations 2011 to correct drafting errors in regulation 4, which transposes Article 3(2) of Directive 2009/28/EC , as read with Article 4(4) of that Directive.
