The Prohibition on Disposal of Food Waste to Sewer (Civil Sanctions) (Wales) Order 2023
This Order makes provision in relation to the prohibition on the disposal of food waste to sewer under section 34D of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (as inserted by section 66(1) of the Environment (Wales) Act 2016 (anaw 3)). Breach of this prohibition is an offence under section 34D(3) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (c. 43).
