The Procurement (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2026
These Regulations amend the Procurement (Amendment) Regulations 2026 to defer the coming into force of regulation 5 of those Regulations from 1st October 2026 to 1st May 2027. Regulation 5 of those Regulations amends regulation 5 of the Procurement Act 2023 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Regulations 2024, which makes provision about discontinuing publication on Contracts Finder or, where relevant, replacing it with publication on the central digital platform.

Enabling power
The Minister for the Cabinet Office makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 122(3)(d) and 127(2) of the Procurement Act 2023.
