The Power to Award Degrees etc. (University for the Creative Arts) Order 2022
This Order, made under section 42(1) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017 authorises University for the Creative Arts with the power to award research awards for a three-year and three-month fixed term expiring on 30th November 2025. This Order will come into force on 1st September 2022.
