The Power to Award Degrees etc. (The London Institute of Banking & Finance) Order 2021
This Order, made under section 42(1) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017 authorises The London Institute of Banking & Finance with the power to award taught awards for an indefinite period. This Order will come into force on 2nd January 2022.
