The Police Pensions (Consequential Provisions) Regulations 2015
These Regulations make consequential provision in relation to public service pensions for members of a police force in England and Wales or persons of a description who, by regulations made under section 1(1) and (2)(g) of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013 (c.25) (“the 2013 Act”), are deemed, for the purpose of section25(2) of that Act, to be members of a police force in England and Wales.
