The Police Appeals Tribunals Rules 2020
These Rules set out the circumstances in which a member of a police force, a former police officer or a special constable may appeal to a police appeals tribunal. They also set out the procedures governing such an appeal.

In accordance with section 63(3)(a) of the Police Act 1996, the Secretary of State has supplied a draft of these Rules to the Police Advisory Board for England and Wales and has taken into consideration the representations made by that Board before making these Rules.
