The Police and Crime Commissioner Elections (Returning Officers’ Accounts) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 (revoked)
These Regulations amend the Police and Crime Commissioner Elections (Returning Officers’ Accounts) Regulations 2012 (S.I. 2012/2088) which make provision for the submission of accounts by returning officers in respect of the recovery of their charges for or in connection with a police and crime commissioner election.
