The Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Guernsey) (Amendment) Regulations 2019
These Regulations amend the prescribed fees in the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Guernsey) Regulations 2009 (S.I. 2009/3297). The fees for criminal records certificates (also known as standard certificates) are reduced from £26 to £23, and the fees for enhanced criminal records certificates are reduced from £44 to £40. This will mirror the fee reductions applied to applications for certificates in England and Wales.

Enabling power
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 113A(1)(b), 113B(1)(b), and 125 of the Police Act 1997as extended to Guernsey by the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records) (Guernsey) Order 2009.
