The Plant Health (Wales) Order 2018
This Order replaces the Plant Health (Wales) Order 2006 (S.I. 2006/1643 (W. 158)) and the Plant Health (Phytophthora ramorum) (Wales) Order 2006 (S.I. 2006/1344 (W. 134)).

This Order makes provision for a purpose mentioned in section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972. It appears to the Welsh Ministers that it is expedient for the references to the European Union instruments referred to in article 2(5) to be construed as references to those instruments as amended from time to time.
