The Plant Health (Fees) (Wales) Regulations 2013
These Regulations, which apply in relation to Wales specify fees payable to the Welsh Ministers in the field of plant health. They revoke and replace the Plant Health (Fees) (Wales) Regulations 2012 (S.I. 2012/1493 (W.191)) (the “2012 Regulations”) (regulation 7). They do not introduce any new types of fee which were not provided for in the 2012 Regulations.

Enabling power
The Welsh Ministers make these Regulations, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of powers conferred by section 56(1) and (2) of the Finance Act 1973and now vested in them.
