The Phytosanitary Conditions (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2022
These Regulations amend Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072 establishing uniform conditions for the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of the European Parliament and the Council as regards protective measure against pests of plants (EUR 2016/2031), in accordance with the outcome of risk assessments.

Following risk assessments made in accordance with Articles 5(3), 30(1), 37(5), 41(3) and (3A) and 72(3) of that Regulation, the Secretary of State has determined that it is appropriate to amend Annexes 2, 2A, 47and 11to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072 establishing uniform conditions for the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of the European Parliament and the Council, as regards protective measures against pests of plants.
