The Pensions Act 2014 (Commencement No. 9) and the Welfare Reform and Work Act 2016 (Commencement No. 4) Regulations 2017
These Regulations bring into force provisions in the Welfare Reform and Work Act 2016 (c. 7) relating to employment and support allowance, universal credit and loans for mortgage interest. These Regulations also bring into force provisions in the Pensions Act 2014 (c. 19) relating to bereavement support payment.

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 56(1) and (7) of the Pensions Act 2014and section 36(6) of the Welfare Reform and Work Act 2016.
