The Pensions Act 2004 (Code of Practice) (Revocation) Order 2026
This Order revokes the Pensions Regulator’s Code of Practice: Authorisation and supervision of collective defined contribution schemes which was brought into effect on 1st August 2022.

Enabling power
The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 92(1) of the Pensions Act 2004. The Pensions Regulator consents to the making of this Order as required by section 92(2) of that Act.
