The Penalties for Disorderly Behaviour (Amount of Penalty) (Amendment) Order 2014
This Order amends the Table in Part 2 of the Schedule to the Penalties for Disorderly Behaviour (Amount of Penalty) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/1837). It provides that the offence of possession of khat under section 5(2) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 attracts a penalty of £60.
