The Patents (Isle of Man) (Amendment) Order 2016
This Order amends the Patents (Isle of Man) Order 2013 to make further modifications to the Patents Act 1977 in its application to the Isle of Man.

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 124(3) and 132(2) of the Patents Act 1977, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to make the following Order:
