The Parliamentary Elections (Returning Officers’ Charges) Order 2015 (revoked)
This Order provides for payments for services and expenses of returning officers in connection with the conduct of parliamentary elections in England, Wales and Scotland. It replaces the Parliamentary Elections (Returning Officers’ Charges) Order 2010 (S.I. 2010/830).

The Lord President of the Council, with the consent of the Treasury, makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 29(3), (3A) and (4C) of the Representation of the People Act 1983.
