The Offshore Chemicals and Offshore Petroleum Activities (Oil Pollution Prevention and Control) (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Regulations 2020
These Regulations make temporary modifications to the Offshore Chemicals Regulations 2002 (S.I. 2002/1355) (“the 2002 Regulations”) and the Offshore Petroleum Activities (Oil and Pollution Prevention and Control) Regulations 2005 (S.I. 2005/2055) (“the 2005 Regulations”).

The Secretary of State has consulted the persons required to be consulted by section 2(4) of the Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999and makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 and section 7(9) of that Act.
