The Nuclear Safeguards Act 2018 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2020
These Regulations bring into force specified provisions of the Nuclear Safeguards Act 2018 c.15 (“the Act”). These Regulations are the second set of commencement regulations made under the Act and bring into force the remaining provisions of the Act.

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(2) of the Nuclear Safeguards Act 2018.
