The Non-Domestic Rating (Demand Notices) (Wales) Regulations 2017
These Regulations provide for the contents of non-domestic rates demand notices which are served by billing authorities in Wales, and for the information that must accompany a demand notice served by them. These Regulations apply in relation to demand notices issued in respect of financial years beginning on or after 1 April 2017.

Enabling power
The Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 62, 143(1) and (2) and 146(6) of, and paragraphs 1, 2(2)(ga), (gc), (ge) and (h) and 6A of Schedule 9 to, the Local Government Finance Act 1988, and now vested in them.
