The National Police Records (Recordable Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2016
These Regulations amend the National Police Records (Recordable Offences) Regulations 2000 to make an offence contrary to section 31(1)(c) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (racially or religiously aggravated harassment, alarm or distress) a recordable offence.
