The National Health Service (Primary Ophthalmic Services) (Miscellaneous Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2013
These Regulations amend the General Ophthalmic Services Contracts Regulations 2008 (“the GOS Regulations”), the Primary Ophthalmic Services Regulations 2008 (“the POS Regulations”) and the National Health Service (Charges for Appliances) Regulations 1974.

The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 115(3) and (9), 116(2) and (3), 118(1), 119, 121, 122, 185, 186 and 272(7) and (8) of the National Health Service Act 2006.
