The National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2023

These Regulations amend the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Wales) Regulations 2023 (“the principal Regulations”). Those regulations set out, for Wales, the framework for general medical services contracts under section 42 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006.

The Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 7(8), 41(3), (5) and (6), 43, 44, 47, 48(1) and (3), 54(6) and (7), 135 and 203(9) and (10) of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006.
