The National Health Service (Charges for Drugs and Appliances) Regulations 2015
These Regulations consolidate with amendments the National Health Service (Charges for Drugs and Appliances) Regulations 2000. Those Regulations provided for the making and recovery of charges for drugs and appliances supplied under the National Health Service Act 2006.

The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 172(1) and (2), 174, 178, 182, 184(1) and 272(7) and (8) of the National Health Service Act 2006.
