The National College for High Speed Rail (Incorporation) Order 2015 (revoked)

This Order establishes a further education corporation called “the National College for High Speed Rail” under section 16(1)(a) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 for the purpose of conducting a new educational institution called by the same name. It appoints 31st July 2015 as the operative date for the purposes of Part 1 of the Act, being the date from which the further education corporation shall operate the college.
