The National Assembly for Wales (Representation of the People) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2016
The National Assembly for Wales (Representation of the People) Order 2007 (S.I. 2007/236) prescribes various forms in English and in Welsh for use at elections to the Welsh Assembly. Several of those forms are to be substituted by the National Assembly for Wales (Representation of the People) (Amendment) Order 2016 (S.I. 2016/272). This Order corrects some errors that appeared in the Welsh versions of the forms substituted by that Order.

Accordingly, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 13(1), (2)(d) and (4)(a) and (b) and 157(2)(c) of the Government of Wales Act 2006 (as extended by section 26(3) of the Welsh Language Act 1993) makes the following Order:
