The Motor Vehicles (Variation of Speed Limits for Naval, Military and Air Force Vehicles) (England and Wales) Regulations 2015
These Regulations amend the maximum speed in miles per hour at which a motor vehicle that is a track-laying vehicle, or is used to draw a trailer that is a track-laying vehicle, can be driven on the road for naval, military or air force purposes by a person who is for the time being subject to the orders of a member of the armed forces of the Crown.

The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 130(3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984after consultation with representative organisations in accordance with section 134(2)of that Act.
