The Motor Vehicles (International Circulation) (Amendment) Order 2022
This Order amends Article 5 of the Motor Vehicles (International Circulation) Order 1975, which exempts from excise duty certain vehicles brought temporarily into the United Kingdom.

Enabling power
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 1(1), (2)(b) and (4) of the Motor Vehicles (International Circulation) Act 1952 as extended by article 14(1) of, and paragraph 16 of Schedule 5 to, the Northern Ireland (Modification of Enactments—No. 1) Order 1973, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered as follows.
