The Merchant Shipping (Vessels in Commercial Use for Sport or Pleasure) (Amendment) Regulations 2016
These Regulations make a number of amendments to the Merchant Shipping (Vessels in Commercial Use for Sport or Pleasure) Regulations 1998 (S.I. 1998/2771 – “the 1998 Regulations”).

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 85(1)(a) and (b), (3) and (5) to (7) and section 86(1) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995, and having consulted the persons referred to in section 86(4) of that Act, makes the following Regulations:
