These Regulations amend the Local Authorities (Standing Orders) (Wales) Regulations 2006 (S.I. 2006/1275) (W. 121) (“the 2006 Regulations”).

The Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 8, 20 and 190 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989and which are now vested in the Welsh Ministers so far as exercisable in relation to Wales.
