The Local Authorities (Capital Finance and Accounting) (England) (Amendment) (No.3) Regulations 2012
These Regulations amend the Local Authorities (Capital Finance and Accounting) (England) Regulations 2003 (“the 2003 Regulations”) by amending the definition of “affordable housing” and substituting the names of the authorities and the values of Column A (assumed debt for each quarter) in the Table in the Schedule to the 2003 Regulations with names of the authorities and the values set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9(3), 11 and 123 of the Local Government Act 2003:
