Enabling power
the 2006 Act The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1292(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2006(“”), and paragraph 13(10)(a) of Schedule 10 to the 2006 Act as it has effect by virtue of paragraph 28(7) of Schedule 5 to the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014.
