The Licensing Act 2003 (Personal licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2014
These Regulations amend the Licensing Act 2003 (Personal licences) Regulations 2005 (“the 2005 Regulations”) to give effect to new requirements relating to the application for the renewal of a personal licence in accordance with section 117 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 133(1) and (2), 193and 197(2) of the Licensing Act 2003.
