The Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (Commencement No. 11) Order 2015
This Order is the eleventh commencement order made under the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (c.10), and brings certain provisions of that Act into force on 12th March 2015, relating to fines and maximum fines which may be imposed on summary conviction.
