The Lambeth College (Designated Institution in Further Education) Order 2018
This Order designates the institution of Lambeth College from 31st January 2019, for the purposes of section 28 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (“the Act”). This designation brings the institution within the further education sector as defined in section 91(3) of the Act.
