The Investigatory Powers Act 2016 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitory Provision) (Amendment) Regulations 2017
These Regulations amend the Investigatory Powers Act 2016 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitory Provision) Regulations 2017 (S.I. 2017/137 (C. 13)) to omit the provisions commencing sections 227 and 228 of the Investigatory Powers Act 2016 (c. 25). The commencement of those sections is provided for in section 272(3) of the Investigatory Powers Act 2016.
