The Insolvent Companies (Reports on Conduct of Directors) (Scotland) Rules 2016

These Rules revoke and replace the Insolvent Companies (Reports on Conduct of Directors) (Scotland) Rules (S.I. 1996/1910) subject to transitional and saving provisions.

The Secretary of State makes the following Rules, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 411(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986and section 21(2) of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986.
