The Immigration (Jersey) (Amendment) Order 2017 (revoked)
This Order amends the Immigration (Jersey) Order 1993 and other Orders in Council which extended to Jersey various provisions of the Immigration Act 1971, the Immigration Act 1988, the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 and the Immigration Act2014 (“the Immigration Acts”).

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 36 of the Immigration Act 1971, section 12(5) of the Immigration Act 1988, section170(7) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, section63(3) of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006and section76(6) of the Immigration Act2014, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:
