The Immigration (Isle of Man) (Amendment) Order 2020

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Immigration Act 1971, section 12(5) of the Immigration Act 1988, section 170(7) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, section 163(4) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002, section 49(3) of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Act 2004, section 60(4) of the UK Borders Act 2007, and section 76(6) of the Immigration Act 2014, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows.
