Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 36 of the Immigration Act 1971, section 12(5) of the Immigration Act 1988, section170(7) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, section 163(4) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002, section 60(4) of the UK Borders Act 2007, section 76(6) of the Immigration Act 2014and section 8(2) and (3) of the Immigration and Social Security Co-ordination (EU Withdrawal) Act 2020is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:
