The Immigration (Biometric Registration) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2015
These Regulations amend the Immigration (Biometric Registration) Regulations 2008 (“the 2008 Regulations”). Regulations 3 and 4 add countries and territories to those listed in the Schedule to the 2008 Regulations as those in which, if an applicant for entry clearance which has effect as leave to enter for a period in excess of six months or for an indefinite period enrols their biometric information, they are required to apply for a biometric immigration document. Regulations 5 and 6 extend the provisions of the 2008 Regulations so that all such applicants are required to apply for a biometric immigration document.
